This looks great! I had a good sandwitch the other day at Frank's Bakery in Bangor. Although a bakery is the last place I would expect to find gluten free food it looks like they have a large selection of other GF things to try(cake, chicken pie). I love reading your reviews! Perhaps you can find something to write about just down the road from UMaine :)
